Dice-Off

Everyone rolls three private dice, gets one reroll, and the sums reveal at once. The fastest fair ranking there is.

How to play

1. The server deals every player a private roll of three dice. Only you see yours.
2. You get 15 seconds to reroll any of your dice exactly once. Keep the pair of fives, ditch the 1, or keep everything.
3. All sums reveal at the same time. Higher sum ranks higher, and that's the order.
4. Tied players roll again against each other. After three tries the server settles it with an audited coin flip.

When to pick it

Pick it when the group wants the answer now. There are no rules to explain, one decision per player, and it's done in minutes. It's the same sudden-death engine that settles ties in every other Dibs game. Here it just runs as the whole show. If you have fifteen minutes instead of five, start with Bank or Bust.
